Due to the digital and immediate nature of our email warmup services, all payments—whether for monthly, annual, or any paid plans—are final and non-refundable. This includes situations where the service was not used, set up incorrectly, did not meet expectations, or if you forgot to cancel before renewal.
There are no exceptions to this policy, and no full or partial refunds, credits, or prorations will be issued for unused time.

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact violates our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal in your account dashboard. This stops future charges, and you'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
Reactivation: If you change your mind later, you can resubscribe anytime with the current plans and pricing.
