The easiest and most secure way to update your payment method (e.g., adding a new card, changing the default card, or updating billing details) is through the Stripe Customer Portal. This portal allows you to manage your billing information directly and securely.
Log In to Your Account: Visit the dashboard at https://app.e-warmup.com and sign in with your credentials.
Access the Billing Section: Navigate to the Settings > Subscription in your account dashboard.
Enter the Stripe Customer Portal: Look for the option to manage your subscription or billing—this will direct you to the secure Stripe Customer Portal.
Update Your Payment Details:
In the portal, go to the payment methods section.
Add a new payment method, set it as default, or remove/update existing ones.
Changes take effect immediately for future billing cycles.
Save and Confirm: Stripe will confirm your updates, and you'll see the changes reflected in your E-Warmup dashboard.
Tip: If your current payment method fails (e.g., expired card), you may receive a notification to update it promptly to avoid service interruption.
If you encounter any issues accessing the portal or dashboard (e.g., login problems), contact support for assistance.
Immediate Effect: Your new payment method will be used for any upcoming renewals or charges.
Security: All updates are handled securely by Stripe—no card details are stored directly on E-Warmup servers.
Subscription Continues: Updating your payment method does not affect your current plan or access.
