Configure your Brevo account for warmup
To connect your Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) account to E-Warmup, use SMTP with an SMTP key. This is the standard method for reliable sending and warmup.
A Brevo account with a verified sender identity or authenticated domain.
Access to your Brevo dashboard.
Log into your Brevo dashboard.
Click your account name (top right) → Settings → SMTP & API.
Under the SMTP tab, click Generate a new SMTP key.
Give it a name (e.g., "E-Warmup SMTP") and create it.
Copy the SMTP key (this acts as your password — store it securely).
Note: Use the Standard (long) key unless your client has issues with long passwords. Or ask for the Master Key.
SMTP Host: smtp-relay.brevo.com
SMTP Port: 587 (recommended with TLS) or 465 (SSL)
SMTP Username: Your Brevo login email address
SMTP Password: The SMTP key you generated (not your account password or API key)
Log into your E-Warmup dashboard.
Go to the connection / add inbox section and select Brevo (or Custom SMTP).
Enter the SMTP details from Step 2.
Enter the IMAP details of your mailbox. Please note that, IMAP details will be your mail receiving credentials in IMAP format. It can be your regular mailbox credentials (for example, Google Workspace or Webmail)
