Seed list warmup lets you warm up sending platforms that don't give you SMTP or IMAP access — like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, HubSpot, and dozens of others. Instead of connecting your mailbox, you add E-Warmup's seed addresses to a list inside your own platform and send to them from there. Our network engages with those emails the same way it does with a connected mailbox, and your sender reputation builds normally.
This guide walks you through using Seedlist Warmup from start to finish.
Prerequisites
An active E-Warmup account (Free)
Purchase Seed credits (Available in dashboard)
Access to your ESP (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Step 1 – Log in to your E-Warmup dashboard and open the Seedlist Warmup section (from left navbar).
Step 2 – Choose or purchase seed credits: Select a pack that matches your needs:
Warmup Launch – 200 credits ($19 one-time)
Warmup Campaign – 600 credits ($37 one-time)
Warmup Session – 1,000 credits ($55 one-time)

Step 3 – Configure the Campaign:
Sender Address In the Sender Address box, enter the exact email address you will use to send the campaign from your ESP (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.).
Download the seed list Download the latest seed list (CSV). Lists are mixed across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo and support both B2B and B2C orientations. Always download a fresh list before a new campaign. Import the seed email list (.csv) in your email platform (For example, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Set up Tracking Copy the unique tracking code shown in the Tracking setup box. Paste this code into the email body of your email template for your campaign. This allows E-Warmup to detect when your emails reach the seed list.
After adding the code, check the box: “I’ve added the tracking code to my email body.”
Step 4 – Launch or schedule the campaign and warmup
You can launch or schedule the campaign from your email marketing platform. Then come back to E-Warmup Seedlist Warmup Campaign and click Start Warmup and select when the seed warmup system should begin.
Note: Send the campaign only to the seed list you imported.
Return to your E-Warmup campaign page to track engagement and inbox placement once the seeds start interacting with your emails.
Quick tips
Always use the exact sender address you registered.
Never remove the tracking code from the email body.
Start with a smaller number of seeds and increase gradually if needed.
Credits are only used when you download the CSV.
