Canceling your E-Warmup subscription (monthly, annual, or any paid plan) is straightforward and can be done directly through your account dashboard. This prevents future charges while allowing you to use the service until the end of your current billing period. Note that we have a strict no-refund policy—cancellations do not entitle you to refunds or prorated credits for any unused time.
Log In to Your Account: Go to the dashboard at https://app.e-warmup.com and log in with your credentials.
Access the Billing Section: Navigate to the Settings > Subscription in your account dashboard. Then click “Manage Subscription” button.
Use the Stripe Customer Portal: After clicking the "Manage Subscription” button, you will be automatically logged in to the Stripe Customer Portal. From there, you can terminate your subscription with just a few clicks.
Confirmation: Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation (typically via email), and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Tip: Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Continued Access: Your email warmup features and full paid plan benefits remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
No Further Charges: Recurring billing stops immediately upon cancellation—no charges for future periods.
No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorations are issued for unused time, even if you cancel mid-cycle or forget to cancel before renewal.
Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time via the website/dashboard with the then-current plans and pricing.
Account Termination: If you wish to fully close your account (deleting all data), follow any additional steps in the dashboard or contact support.
